Civilization #3

Would you make a lot of laws or not many laws at all if you ruled a civilization? Why or why not?

    If I ruled the civilization I would make SO MANY LAWS because then people wouldn't try to murder someone. (some)

    I would try to make the laws close to the 10 commandments because those are good laws and laws that God wants us to follow and then make laws around the 10 commandments
